yohimburn and cytomel question

going to the beach in a 4 weeks. I started leaning up this past weekend and is going very well. I bought some yohimburn because I have been wanting to try it for a while now. By reading what it has in it I assume most of the fat loss is through a diaretic effect...also i am aware that if this is the case the results will not be perminent. My question is this how soon should I take it? Should I take it like a week or two before I go down to help me look temp. leaner? Any thoughts or suggestions will be appreciated. also running tren50mg EOD, sust. 300mg/wk with nolvadex10mg/day, equipose400mg/week, T3, and ECA stack with this. I will be doing a 6 week cycle. Thanks to all those that help. PS - the beach is about 4 weeks away.

PS - when getting into the higher amounts of cytomel is it best to spread the dosages out into 2 or 3 times a day. like 2 tabs in morning and 2 tabs at night?
PS2 - up to 2 tabs a day and cant notice shit...I have changed my diet and eating clean but still eating lots in hopes of gaining a lil size and strength while leaning up. Will I lean up at all doing this or do I have to really cut my caloric intake drastically?

The yohimburn effect is not diueretic.Start using it now.Unless you are using lots of growth and test,getting bigger and leaner at the same time isn't likely.I,of course feel that 4 weeks on the carnivore diet or 4 weeks of sprint intervals would be the best possible course of action.Although not the easiest,which is probably why few people indeed look their best.
