ive been taking protein powders since i been training, for the last 10 years practically and i have spend over 6000 usd minimum on supplements ,apart from alot of stuff was real bogus ,i have better spent them on roids because i would have made incredible gains for sure , ive been training for 10 years natural and i have friends who have been training for just over a year and made better gains then me,and my diet and training is really disciplened not like my friends shitty foods and alot of partying, i think the only way to grow unfortunatley enough is with the help of roids or else you are stuck ,regarding whey because that was the main subject ,i think its a scam like all other things in the 70 and early 80's it didnt even exist and still people made the same gains, its hard to beleive that just 1 scoop of whey yields 26 gr when you have to eat 9 egg whites or 4 oz chicken to get that 1 scoop i think these powders contain much less then what they say ,what do you guys think ??

my tipical day diet is
7.00am 30 gr whey + peanut butter or egg white with 2 yell omelet 10 am chicken breast + Veggies mostly green 1.30 pm 6 oz beef + veggies 5.30 pm same as 10 am 7.00 pm workout after workout 20 gr whey + oats as i used to take dextrose for the last 8 years with no big differnce ,i will be taking rice with whey instead of oats or banana evening meal chicken breast with veg or beef snack whey + sugar free jelly i eat really clean my main target nowadys is definition not bulk next month i will try the peanut butter diet as i like it how it is set up apart that i love peanut butter the only difference will be that i will be taking a big plate of green veg in the evening just for the fibre,i don't think it will effect the ratio of the diet

Meal 1 1 egg, 4 egg whites, packet oatmeal Meal 2 6oz ham, 2 slices whole wheat bread, handful of nuts (almond, peanut, walnut mix) Meal 3 6oz chicken breast, salad mix with olive oil Meal 4 6oz lean steak, green veggies, nuts Meal 5 6oz turkey breast, salad of my choice or green veggie mix, flax oil and nuts Meal 6 (post workout) 2 scoops protein powder 1 scoop Gatorade (taste better than maltodextrin) Good for about 46g protein and 35g carbs |

Those friends of yours have done ALL of their gains on roids and that´s not good. The minute they stop ( for a reason or another) or are FORCED to stop juicing they´ll LOSE most of that mass no matter how hard they are able to train. I´ve seen this MANY times believe it. If u as a natural have to quit yoú won´t lose so much and the muscles will remain longer bigger. In the end if all training is quitted the muscles retain the starting size roids or no roids. Remeber when I say "easy" route it really means easier route . Muscle gains still are based on training and nutrition.

it is all diet - if you cant find ways to grow naturally you wont do well on aas either.
use powders to really push your protein intake up. use a fast protein post workout and a solid blend at other times of the day. powders are far from scam but there are shitty products out there. increase your good fats (fish, olive oil, flax) increase fiber intake with green leafy veg eat good low gi carbs cut off carbs after 6 - 7pm and dont mix carbs and fats. |
