Default started the anpb have some questions

This diet really closes your apetite i really just managed to take my 6 meals and i did not crave any food at all usually i always look forward to eat.

my question is this :-

if i work out is it ok to take 20 grams oj just whey protein after the workout or should the whey be deducted from the day's ratio

i take 2.5 tbsp p.butter x 6 meals for a total of 15 tbsp
7.5 scoops of designer whey for a total of 131.25 protein
1 scoop whey after workouts

if i go jogging in the morning should i take 1 serving whey also after or just ake my first meal.

mr X for how long did you stay on this diet ??

any new advise on this diet ??

its hard to stay long on this diet because you ca go nowere out to eat even if you are invited!!!!

Any reply Mr.x to my question or someone else who tried it out,

i need to know what should i take after a workout and after cardio ,if i should take an extra serving of whey

ive been 4 days on this diet found it really good no cravings at all and quite satisfied

I stuck to the anpb diet for a month and a half, and it does work! The hardest part about it is the strict dedication it takes. You are right, you can not eat out(very easily), just train yourself to eat before/after you engagements. It's just like training, you have to take control of it and make of it what you want. I cut my b/f from 20% to 14%. Since then I have cut it another 2% trying other methods, but am about to start Mr. X's ANPB diet again. All I can say is IT WORKS, just stay dedicated and focused.
