this is a journal of the works of the ANPB on me. I will start tomorrow. I will be taking 6 shakes and a gallon of water and a thermogenic. I weight 215 and stand 6'2. I will update everyday. I ate pizza and chips and bars and burgers. yikes that's a bad menu. hope this diet will be a life changer. <3

Today was the first day. the day was perfect except for a couple sips of gatorade while playing basketball. I forgot it had calories and it's dextrose =(. cardio tomorrow. my meal count is up to 6. i think you know what i mean =P

shit last night was fucked up in the way that I ate junk food in lazy ness of this diet. i promise more dedication this time. the meals go back to 0 and i restart today, sad that I wanted to do cardio today but the junk food made me sad and depressed =( i'll get there in record time! my prediction

um, I was having trouble starting this week so I couldn't do my best. I still plan to start and I will be buying supplements when I get more money. personal drama which is over now. I will start today. =(.

I couldn't start this week but I will start on monday 100%. I will do 2 weeks with protein/PB and do a re-feed on the end of the 2nd week. daily updates, too.
