Default help me diet

k guys....i used to be really skinny and due to a couple steroid cycles i have mass to me....ive always ate like a pig...tried to consume alot of carbs and alot of protein along with calories....its about time i switched up my diet....instead of just eating whatever is in sight does neone have a way for me to pack on more pounds?ive heard of carb up and carb down diets and anpb and others but really dont know what to do....id like to try something and stick to it ..im looking to put on good clean mass with minimal fat...does neone have ne ideas?

Look at my carnivore diet.If you want to gain muscle,follow the recommendations as far as food choice,but gradually add to the amount of protein and fat you eat each week.When I first started it I was eating 2lbs steak a day,I added 1/2 lb every other week until I was up to 5 lbs a day.I gained 25 lbs "naturally".It took 6 months,but I wasn't fat.

It doesn't have to be steak.It could be hamburger and eggs.To gain muscle,you're are going to have to eat a lot of protein and that is expensive no matter how you do it.But carbs are way expensive and they don't really help you if eaten all the time.The idea for gaining on this diet is to eat protein and fat 5 days a week,and less than 30g carbs a day.Hamburger and eggs are about as cheap as it gets,but it could be any kind of meat,eggs or cheese.I don't think processed meats are healthy,but if you have access to them,you could eat them.Then gradually increase the amount you eat.On the weekend,eat whatever you want.To get bigger you have to eat.That's all there is to it.Don't use whey protein.Be sure to use fiber.It doesn't cost much.

j/w why u said to not drink whey protein.....cuz i drink 2-3 shakes a day of it....and do u think that u have to cycle protein maybe..like ure body might get used to it

dont drink whey because much of it can convert directly to blood glucose, which basically means over half of it turns into carbs, which are detrimental to the carnivore diet.

I believe egg is the most recommended, by Mr. X and others. And yes ion exchanged whey is the same as whey... no good.

yea im gonna drink a shitload of milk too...my friend did a milk only diet for like 4 months and did callistetics and i could have sworn he did a cycle

There are alot of trainers that hate milk, and alot that love it. Some say it is bad for the digestive tract and it bloats you, and others say it is one of the best ways to get your protein. The truth is probably somewhere in between but I think it can definitely be good in moderation. Be careful though as alot of it converts to carbs as well, just like whey protein, so don't take it if you are using an atkins/CKD diet (ANPB diet, etc.).

So the guy you knew took ONLY milk for 4 straight months... no solid food?
