Distle Bicep Tear

I have torn off the left Bicep at the fore arm end, did the right arm 2 years ago.

Both caused by throwing a hook punch and hitting some thing hard.

First off any reason why This should happen to me? Does taking 200mg Deca a week for 6 weeks make your muscles stronger than their attachments?

Second any ideas on rehab, my right arm is still weak and has no peak. I have been told to keep my left arm bent for 6 weeks and dont use it, then 3 months of physio with a max weight of 5 pound!

Any ideas, views??

Stop punching things that are hard and go for things that are softer.

Your right arm is still weak after 2 years?What did your doctor say about that?Did you over do it when that one was healing?I don't think anyone is going to tell you to ignore your doctor's advice.I would suggest perhaps anger management classes.
