Starting ANPB today :)

I am starting the ANPB diet today I am 200 lbs and 22% BF. Per the guidelines, I am taking 23.8 grams of protein and 2.8 tablespoons of ANPB 6 times a day. I am also taking 1 multivitamin, vita C, vita E, and calcium / magnesium with the diet.

The protein is 100% aussie caseinate.

So a serving of 23.8g protein of AC is:

Calories: 100
Sodium: 14mg
Protein: 23.8g

ANPB is Smucker's Natural Peanut Butter.

Looking at the label on the PB, and making it to 2.8 tablespoons, I get per 2.8 tablespoon serving:

294 calories
210 from fat

Total Fat: 22.4g
Sat Fat: 3.5g
Trans Fat: 0g

Chol: 0mg
Sodium: 168mg

Total Carb: 8.4g (5.6g count taking out the fiber grams)
Fiber: 2.8g
Sugars: 1.4g

Protein: 11.2g


So together, for 6 times a day each day is roughly:

Calories: 2185

Total Fat: 134.4g (1210 calories)
Total Carbs: 33.6g (135 calories)
Total Protein: 210g (840 calories)

Sodium: 1092mg

So my ratio is:

Fat: 55.4%
Carb: 6.2%
Protein: 38.4%


Any good suggestions on mixing up the protein powder into something, or making it taste a little better without throwing off my above numbers?
