Quick Question

Hi... Like mentioned before.. I am taking Levorex & T-Rex... can I take them as late as (5:30pm - now)... and then take Tylenol PM to help me sleep when I come back from the gym??? I have to leave in about 1/2 hour.. Thanks!

I suggest not taking Trex after 2pm and Lrex (although eph free) you can take 6pm or before. I wouldn't mix tylenol w/ it, unless it was at least 2 hrs after - I personally don't belive in mixing different products together , but, of course, you can try it out. (just make sure you don't take too much tylenol in)

Thanks... I thought that it was good to take about 1/2 hour before class (glad I didn't take it!) for a boost.

I only take twice a day... Once in the morning (around 8am) and once in the afternoon (around 12:00pm).... Can I fit in a third time... I noticed it says 2-3 times/day.

Could you please advise... should I go 7:00am/11:00am/2:00pm???

Depending on how you respond to it. I can take TREX as late as 5 or so and be in bed by 11. I typically do 8/12/4
