Considering CKD bulk for lean mass.

Just wondered how you thought this sounded. Have read thru "the ketogenic diet" by Lyle McDonald and I loved it. What caught my attention was the different ckd bulk methods he described. Well some time has passed since the book was written and there must be tons of ppl with practical knowledge of this kinda approach.

Since I pack on fat v. easily and is actually makin just as good gains on a ckd diet as on a "bulk" i mite as well try it.
I was thinkin along the line of training back/chest twice a week. Ive basically tried different mothods to get em to grow but not much happeds.

Sun - cardio to establish ketosis faster
Mon - heavy chest/back 6-8reps 12sets total
Tue - Leg/Calves
Wed - Rest
Thu - Shoulders/Bic/Tric
Fri - light chest/back 12-15reps 12sets total, Carbup
Sat - Carbup

24-36h carbup would be sufficient from past experience with ckd, its rather the ammount of carvs that needs to be increased.
So how does it look?, comments plz..

That looks basically sound.I would incorporate extreme stretching after sets,as this helps tremendously with growth.The other thing may be that I've seen a lot of people that use their triceps to train "chest" and their biceps to train "back".

Could you post some information about the extremestretching technique? I kno my form aint perfect but I always persue to improve, even though it is considerd "good" by my friends.
