Things I notice about ketosis

I feel cold.

I also just quit my last cigarette. I figure nows a good time to stop as I already feel like shit. Why wait and feel like shit again.

bro those are symptoms of nicotine withdrawal, especially the "cold and headache" part

I would think the two together would not be a good combo.

I feel better now. Its been 5 hours since Ive had a smoke. I also did 45 min of cardio about 30 min after my last smoke. Anything to keep my mind off it.

If I can go 1 day I have it licked.

Man I am craving smokehouse almonds and some steak. Strange how I am not craving carbs.

Well I broke down and got a pack of smokes. I am going to try and taper off as I just feel horrible. No energy. I am going to start introducing some red meat in my diet slowly in a few days.

How about mct oil. Is that good for energy and how does it effect ketosis?

Also going to keep doing cardio at night as well as my morning cardio.

MCT oil helps in ketosis, as it can be used as ketones, but not greatly. I suggest you try the nicotine gum for a bit that worked well for me.
