Ketostix shows negative

I did 45 minutes of cardio 2 hours after having my anpb and then came home and checked blood sugar at 97 and negative on ketostix. Is it possible I could be in heavy ketosis and my body is just using them all up and not peeing them out?

How many days has this been? 1?...It can take up to 3 days to get into ketosis on the ANPB diet...

it can show up negative anytime, the urine sample might not contain ketones due to the fact that you used them up during the cardio that's all
