Default Calorie Adjustment
As you loose weight do you adjust your calorie intake. For instance I weigh 215 lbs, I go with my bmr x 11 ~ 2365. Each week that you loose weight do you recalculate. I also do cardio....which if lets say i get to 200lbs my calorie intake would be 2200 cals. Is that not near catabolism? Plus, the cardio I would be well below 2200? :buttrape

Now since I am on a ckd, I would still keep my protein at 0.9 grams per lean muscle mass and adjust the fat intake as I loose lbs?
