Default Carb up after 2 weeks in ketosis

I have a few questions.

I have dextrose, but it has 5 grams creatine for every 35 grams dextrose. My plan is to 3 servings of it with 25 grams whey every two hours. However I am not sure if my body can handle that much creatine so I am thinking maybe for the first two meals only. I just am unsure if I will get diarhea from it or not. I have corn flakes and was thinking about eating that for about meals 4-12 and then switching to rice and other stuff following that. What do you guys think. I am going to do the supercompinsate carb load as I respond very well to carb loading. In the past I put on 7-8 lbs durring bodyopus durring this phase. I think it is possible that I may put on even more as my sodium intake is much less durring this ketosis peroid than when I ate bacon and salty food on bodyopus.

Your body will be fine, that's not that much creatine, just use the dextrose.

15 grams creatine every 2 hours for 4 meals isn't much. Ok I will try it and see. I also have a crapload of glutamine. I wonder if durring the first 4 liquid meals if I should add some. How would you do it?

I would add at least 5g glutamine w/ every meal if you have it
