hello all, i dont kno if some of u remember me or not so ill go over some quick overview:

21 years old
391lbs
6 foot

im posting 2 tell u guys im doing good for a change. i had gone back up 2 409lbs and once i was over 400 again i had 2 get back on atkins i promised the first time id never let myself get over 400 again so its ben almost 3 weeks and im 391 lbs. im doing real good diet wise each diet is basicly the same each day. im tryin 2 come up wit the money 2 pay the gym so i can start lifting weights. this is wha i normally eat:

breakfast-normally 8am
1 large ham steak(1lb) cooked in 1tbsp olive oil

lunch-normally 1-2pm
15 oven cooked chicken wings w/hot sauce

dinner-normally 7pm
12oz. steak cooked in 1tbsp olive oil w/soy sauce

i try and get 4 cups water in each meal and normally drink water inbetween lik a bottle inbetween each meal.

i dont take glucovance anymore and i try 2 get synthroid 175mcg each day but sometimes i forget or dont have anyleft for a day or 2

thats pretty much all thats ben going on wit me, ill b posting more often from now on

thanks guys

things are going good but one concern of mine is i think its time 2 get more organized this weekend im starting the gym so i have some questions 4 training also.

i was talkin 2 X about protein shake or something but all i have are myoplex's and dats 23g carbs... so im not sure wha i should do? have one before i train and after? or only after? or none at all... and also should i keep the chicken wings? or put chicken breast?
and maybe add NPB ? i dont lik it but after not having carbs i had a lil the other day and it was daaaaamn good lol

i really lik 2 train everyday or maybe have sunday off and im thinking of trying a high rep/super set program 2 burn as much fat off. it would b a 3 day split 6 days a week. monday i should be startin in the gym so ill post before then wha it will look like.

Chicken Breast's are great =)...3oz boneless skinless chicken breast is 26grams of protein right there...and 3oz is nothin at all =)

Definitely got to up the amount of meals...

Best of luck to you.

As far as the Myoplex, have it after the workout. I'm not a Myoplex fan at all, but you might as well use what ya got, save some $$$.

thanks guys, im just worried if i add the myoplex it wont b a "keto diet" anymore or if i add 2 much NPB it will b 2 many carbs

Keep in mind u can be in a state of ketosis under 100 carbs...I keep my carbs under 50, 20 carbs is extremely hard to do. You have to have the will of a super monkey (or somethin) to do that. I have 1 bowl of cereal a day, then there are a few carbs in my protein (4g), and then the 2 or 3 in my vegitables...my normal day is around 40 carbs. It's a modified TKD...Although your myoplex has ALOT of carbs, I would stay away from that, but keep in mind if you take in a couple carbs extra, id keep it under 50 a day for you MAX!
