Flax or Fish Oil Better For Cutting?

Just wanted to know because I am using both, but wanted to know which would help with more fat loss.

How about eating flax seed? Would you have to eat more to get the benefit of EFA?

The most balanced source would be hemp seed oil as far as omega 6 and omega 3 go.The best fatty acid for fat loss in my experience is CLA,available at Protein Factory.6-8 g a day makes a difference.
