ANPB question

I am going to go to www.proteinfactory.com and get the protein for this diet, I know it says to use whey, but is there a BETTEr protein that would stick with you longer, also what should i get mixed with the protein, such as 100% egg white with:

splenda, aminogen, vitamins and minerals. Not sure what the aminogen is though.

I suggest stick w/ 60% egg protein/30% caseinate/10% whey

What about the splenda and minerals and such, any idea towards that?

you can use splenda and vit and minerals, you can also do 5% whey and 5% MCT which will help the diet a bit if you wish
