Results from 2 week anpb diet

Started the diet two weeks ago today and did my carbup for 40 hours on friday morning til late last night.

Weight at start of diet-227
Weight at friday morning before depletion workout and carbup-216
Weight this morning at gym-225.

Looks like I had a decent carb load. Strength is through the roof as expected. I would guess I gained about 3lbs of muscle and lost 5 lbs of fat. I would say that is pretty damn good.

Now I am going to do 3000 cal per day on lifting days and 2000 cal per day on non lifting days for the next two weeks and then do another keto diet for two weeks.

I think I am going to keep protein at 250 grams per day everyday and just ajust the fat and carbs. More fat on non lifting days and much more carbs on lifting days. Thinking about 350 grams carbs on lifting days and 125 grams of non lifting days.

I don't suggest lifting on your carb-up, that should be your day of rest and relaxation.

do not workout during the carb-up and possibly the day after, but no more then 2 days total
