CKD update.

It's been almost two weeks. Have dropped 3% with get this... absolutly NO muscle loss. I've been following the diet religiously according to Mr. X's manual and I must say, the cravings had me knocking my head on the wall a few times. Refeed is THE messiah.

I just have one question. I have a few bottles of Glucorell-R. Is it needed during refeed or during the diet? A friend of mines says he gains more adipose when he uses it during refeed. What do you think?

Use the G-R during the refeed, with every meal - that's when it's most effective.
