Hi.

Any women try the ANPD? Just wondering how it worked/if it worked..

Also wondering what's the lowest protein grams I could take in? I'm 145lbs, probably 120Lean. Would this also work for someone who ISN'T lifting OR only doing a low/mod intensity full body circuit 3 times a week?

yeah, I meant would it still be as effective for losing weight?

yes, but if you want to lose weight I think cardio 4 or more times a week for 45min to an hour is even more important than 2 or 3 moderate workouts.

cardio + diet = lose fat

works well for women but I suggest adding more fiber and some greens to your diet

What about using the whey and getting an insulin spike? That's not a concern? All I keep hearing on other forums with CKD is to stay away from Whey except PW because of the insulin spikes. Especially since I'm female. Something about causing fat spillover or can slow weight loss down,,Last I knew fatspillover was all about calories though. =/

And yeah, I already do cardio regurally. My question was about lifting since I'm NOT lifting at the moment. Probably another week or so. I was wondering if I had to wait untill then since everyone else seems to be lifting on it.

The name.. shutthefuckupnoob. Eh started as a joke when I made a second screenname on another forum I go to all the time. I hate registering with 50 different names on 50 different sites..so I kept it. =)

If you are already doing cardio for 45+ minutes 4 x a week, and you add moderate lifting 2 -3 times a week...it will help yes. Not curling some 7 lb dumbells in your bathroom either. Buy a gym, go to the gym, get a training partner and have someone show you the right technique for lifting.
