thats the research time...9% bodyfat for doing absolutley nothing...id love to hear that...so if they r working out and dieting then they should get GREAT results...If i was told i could lose 9% bf and add 2% muscle mass for doing nothing at all, id think it was the best thing ever...

Dude, I'm totally agreeing with you.

I think it's an awesome product.

But I deal with these people every day. They get mad when you tell them it'll take 3 months.

Keep in mind, they use natrual CLA from dairy products and meats in their studies, not synthetic CLA that is in the pills you buy. I have read that systhetic CLA is terrible for your health but CLA from your diet can be benificial.

Yeah you do need to look out for that as well...They accually used a pill form but was Pure CLA...They talked about how americans dont get enough CLA from their diet anymore...So I guess if you do supp. it, you need to make sure it's PURE CLA.
