Started my ANPB diet today

well so far so good

I woke up at 7:00 am , did my first meal ( whey + ANPB ) , took liporexin , yohimburn and hit the gym . I had a VERY good workout ( weigh training + aerobics after it ) , VERY good one .
then back home and aplied yohimburn again and took liporexin again .

Ate my second meal , then I started to feel that my metabolism was REALLY fast , I could literaly fell the fat melting off ...pretty damn awesome .

So far , I am not hungry and my energy levels are good . One thing that I noticed is that I skin is unusually oily . I even have some acne right now , maybe it is from the high fat .

I will keep you guys updated.

BTW - Am I already in ketosis ?

well you shouldnt be, depending on your workout today, it normally takes 2 or 3 days to hit ketosis. Depending how much working out uve done...But everyone is different so, only testing yourself will tell you that.

I trained back - pretty intense . and did cardio after it .

how much cardio, for people doing low intensity for about 45 mins plus a full body workout it normally takes 2 days for ketosis...

If you didnt do a full body workout and alot of cardio i doubt youve hit it yet, maybe by tomorrow afternoon/evening...

btw- the fat loss only starts when I reach ketosis ?

nething u felt today was probably water loss...remember u need to burn 3555 calories to lose a LB of fat. Ketosis allows you to burn stored fat faster because you arent storing it during your diet...

so you can measure ketonurea (ketones in the urine)
