Protein/Carbohydrate Cycling Manual By: Mr.X
I am considering using this as my diet plan my only concern is the amount of cardio you have out lined. My greatest fear now is muscle lose. I want to lose fat but not muscle. I was hoping you could clarify the reasoning behind that much cardio.
