CLA

I just got some CLA and was wondering if I should take it durring my next ketogenic diet. I am going to be doing anpb and whey 3 meals per day and flax oil and whey 3 meals per day on the diet. Would I benefit any from taking cla on the diet or should I wait until I am back onto a normal low carb diet.

Why do you say that,bro...? I would take it everyday.If you take 6g a day,as I suggest,you are adding 6g of fat a day to your diet.I can't think of any reason you wouldn't.I used it the last time I did my Carnivore Diet.

The reason I was asking is because isn't cla similar to the fat in flax oil. Just wondering if I would benefit from taking it if I am already taking 6 tablespoons of flax oil per day on the keto diet part.

I hear it has great fat losing properties so just wanted to know.

Dude, for results your gonna have to take it every day....if your just supp.ing it, then take it during carb ups...

3 to 6 grams a day...Id say 4 or 5 grams minimum for noticable results...

The flax is to provide you with the essential fatty acids that your body needs.As I've noted,I prefer hemp seed oil for this purpose,as it has the "optimum" ratio of omega 6 to omega 3,as defined by the World Health Organization.It also contains GLA,essential for prostaglandin production.The CLA is purported to have "nutrient partioning" properties,that is,that it shuttles nutrients preferentially into muscle cells,not fat cells.I have no idea if this is actually what it does,but that does seem to be the result,however it does it.I use hemp seed oil,and CLA.
