Whey With Every Meal?

I ussually have about 25-30 grams of proetin from whole food every meal with about 15-20 grams of whey with each meal. Is it ok to have whey in every meal?

I believe it is a very good idea to have whey with each meal to make sure you get enough protein. Whey digests fast and the other food digests slower so you have a good spectrum in there.

I do....especially when bulking. Easy way to get extra protein...

how bout when cutting, SLY says it turns into sugar, so that means I am adding extra carbs into my body by having the whey?

don't worry about it. I am cutting right now in ketosis and I am getting all my protein from whey. If it was such a big problem I wouldn't be in ketosis now would I.

It's not a huge problem, but it CAN keep some out of ketosis.

I think that is only if you are very low in body fat, like almost starvation levels. If you are 5% or lower, you can take in a little fat with your protein to ensure that it won't be converted to glucose.

it's fine as long as you have other foods
