Did another liver/gallbladder flush

While I was in ketosis even.

This time I had my last meal of ANPB and whey at 3 p.m. and then took 1.5 tbsp of epsom salts at 5:30 p.m. and then another at 8p.m. I then took 5 oz of olive oil and 3/4 cup of fresh squeezed lemon juice at 10 p.m and then laid on my back for 40 min. I then took 1 tbspn of epsom salts at 7 this morning and then went to bathroom at 7:30 and had very small amount of stones. Mostly tiny little white suspension. Then I had 2 more movements about 1 hour later and had some pea sized stones but not many. Then 15 mintutes ago I had about 1/2 cup of stones mostly the size of nickles. Oh man I am glad I did it again. Going to do it again right after I carb up. This time going to do the 4 days of apple juice since I wont be in ketosis. I am sure there is more to come.

I just want to thank S.Y.L for his sticky post on this subject as I truly believe that this is going to greatly improve my life. It is posts like those that really are worth the time to read. Again I can't even begin to say how much of a lifesaver you are. Thank you SYL.

I have read the sticky. I was just wondering what you personally got from it. Did it make you feel better after a day or two? Better bowel movements? Or just a sense of well being?

Well I did my first flush on Friday so its kind of a little early yet. I did notice though that I did lift my whole body over a two day peroid on Sunday and Monday and all my lifts were up dramatically. I find that strange since I did my whole upper body in one workout and even after doing chest first my back was way stronger than the previous weeks. I mean about 10% stronger, so this is no fluke. I feel that my recovery is much better. I am not sore at all 3 days after doing a very heavy intense workout. My bowel movements are beautiful. I take 30-40 grams psylium per day as well. Stomache is much smaller. My eyes dont feel puffy anymore. All in all I just feel better.

Can doing this flush make you sick? I started feeling like a sore throat yesterday afternoon and all night long in bed it hurt. Today isn't as bad. Sinus is where it hurts the most. I am wondering if I reabsorbed any toxins. Also I have been in ketosis since tues before I did the flush. I just hate to have to come out of ketosis now. Should I worry?

That pretty much sums up what I think of that article,written by an MD with a vested interest in making money removing peoples organs.To say that you can create gallstones by mixing olive oil,lemon juice and "certain minerals" in the intestines is ludicrous at best,but lots of people spend lots of money on needless surgeries every year,and all I can say is that I'm glad I'm not one of them.
Of course the oil causes the gallbladder to contract! That's the idea!When your gallbladder is full of stones,your shit IS already blocked whether you want to deal with that or not.That's the purpose of drinking the apple juice for 5 days prior.The malic acid loosens the adhesions between the stones,breaking them into smaller pieces.

Chipvideo,don't worry.There is no need to come out of ketosis.As much toxins as you had,I'm sure you did reabsorb some.This is also the reason you felt like you had a hangover the first time.Your liver is in a much better position to deal with and eliminate these now,and I'm sure you'll feel better in no time.If you're going to do another flush,I'd give it a month between.
