Which diet is right for me?

I'm a competitive rugby player seeking advice. I need to lose about 30 lbs in the next 4 or 5 months. I'm worried about doing a ANPB or CKD diet as I require a lot of energy for the sport. I did a carb cycle a while back and had average results. Any ideas. Please

I'm a big believer in counting calories in relation to your basal metabolic rate. The trick is finding what amount of calories to consume for your lifestyle and your desired rate of weight loss.

I of course recommend my Carnivore Diet,which is a sticky in this forum if you haven't seen it.The first week or two is a little rough,but after that,you'll have more energy than you've dreamed possible.Another option is the Sprint Intervals,a sticky in the training forum.If you are determined,you could combine the two for some amazing results.

I would suggest you try a combination of a BodyOpus with a TKD sweep....combine a 5/2 regiment (low-carb/carb up) with a PW (post-workout) carbs (TKD).
