Food scales

Does anyone here use one? I do when I'm in the final 12 weeks before a competition. It gives me peace of mind when the scale doesn't move, I know that I'm not gaining fat because I know exactly how much of what I'm putting into my body. Does anyone else, or do you just kind of eye ball it to try to get the correct amount of food?

When I try to lean out, yes I ALWAYS use one.

If you want random results,use random methods...
Although I will say that after a while you do get pretty good at "eyeballin' "
