getting abs with anpb?

as of now i have no abs ;( but would going on anpb and working on my abs acheive results faster? also working out does the muscles get big on this diet?

Wow man...Sounds like you need to do some research on dieting and working out in general, before you try this diet.

We need your stats, and background #1...Also ANPB is for people tryin to shed BodyFat. For some people it has been able to put on a couple LBS of lean body mass, but your not going ot bulk any muscle. You need your bodyfat to be around 7% for your abs to be visible and you must train them like any other part of your body. You can't really spot train your abs to be visible. It takes tons of cardo and a good diet plan for your abs to be visible.

Try the CKD, long-term it's your best option, for short term the ANPB diet will do what you want it to do - abs.

yes i agree with mr x, ckd for 5-6 months would probably suit you best
