Default Quality of protein?
Is there a huge difference in the amino acids between whey concentrate and isolate? I mean, am i short changing myself by going with the concentrate? Right now i am hitting about 360 grams of protein a day and usually 180g are from concentrate powder (allthewhey), so basically i just want to know if it would be worth the extra $ to get the higher quality protein or atleast just for postworkout?

I have used both, didn't see any difference. Personally, I say go with the cheapest.
