k..i got 2 different kinds of creatine.....one has stimulants and no2 in it ..called no explode.....the other one is phosphagen elite......my question is sometime i werkout at night and no explode has stimulants in it and i like to go to bed right after my werkout...can i switch creatine during the week and still have the same absorption rate....they both have almost the same amount of creatine....so neone?
