Whey not good for ketogenic diets?

This is another interesting quesiton I have run across. Again it could be my stupidity, but I was wondering if it is true that whey is not a good option for anpb or ketogenic diets because it is easily converted to glucose in the body. I'm not sure if this is true, or if there are multiple camps on the subject, but any insights could be great. This might explain some of my own hardships in the past using whey in diets as well. Thanks in advance. :feedme

I have repeatedly advised against whey for that very reason.Not only is up to half of it converted to glucose,it only last for an hour at most.Sure it's cheap.They used to throw it away.But it's not a bargain.I 've posted my recommendation in this forum at least a half dozen times.Search my posts if you're interested...

Whats hemp oil good for? I read the caption at the site, but it was fairly sparce on solid info. Thanks.

Hemp oil contains the essential fatty acids your body requires in the optimum ratio of Omega 3 to Omega 6 as defined by the World Health Organization.Flax is overbalanced in the 3.If you use flax,also include some grapeseed oil occasionally for the 6.

My understanding is that most people get more omega 6 than omega 3's in their normal diet so if you're adding good fat to a diet go with the Flax. If you're replacing bad fat with good fat then choose Hemp or Udo's Choice. In spit of my nearly 38" waist line I know very little about fat.
