say once you hit 8% bf on the diet, you want to go back to eating regular foods. i saw you should bring carbs in at 50g a day all week then next week 100g until you reach a certain ratio (i forget what ratio it was). what should i do once I do get to 8%, start "bulking" or maintain for a while and then bulk? would a 40/40/20 ratio be good to go to once i'm done and I could bulk and maintain with the 40/40/20 ratio? :box

it depends on your goals, if you get to 8% you can either maintain, or bulk

if you want to bulk then you change your ratios appropriately if you want to maintain stick to a balanced diet 40/40/20 would be wise
