why do i go into ketosis so fast?

does anybody else find it really easy (the day after a carb up) to get into ketosis, I've been up for 5 hours, and was kind of bored so i pulled a keto stick and now I'm showing light traces of ketones.
This is not irregular for me, normally bythe end of my first keto day 9granted i've been doing keto for more than a week) i can enter ketosis, and by day 2 i'min heavy ketone ranges.

whats up with that?

I'm not really complaining just wondering why it takes others like 3 days to get into keto?

So if someone were to dream of doing a MKD style diet, could they infact utilize the MKD style supplements, earlier than say day 3?

or do there have to a certain level of ketones around (for ex. heavy ketones showing in urinalysis?

try ala on the carb ups, i dont usually use it on the carb up just cause its damn expensive and i can get into keto without it fairly easily
