serious problem with knee

alright I have one fucked up ass knee, so I need any ideas of what I can do that will strengthen around it but not hurt it more!!

injury is:

slight torn ACL
torn Medial Miniscus
torn Lateral Minisucs
slight contussions to lateral femur and lateral tibulus

all help apreciated

Is somekind of scopia out of question? My both knees are operated that way
and it did help( the last scopia done this spring and it´s sometimes sore , but I can train 100% with it , so who cares a little pain..). U seen the doc already?

yea been into a doc, well kinda, remember I am in Iraq right now, I cant just go to the doc when i want to ask questions and all. it isnt affecting my work, so I wont go in again, till I get back from Iraq in Jan.

What is scopia?? never heard of it

Hey bro, yea I did box squats, well kinda, dont really ahve anything to use for it, the closest I could get was a chair, then I tried getting these step things, but those didnt work out well to sit on. It didnt hurt that much, but that was cuz it was a high seat, so my range of motion was very little. The doc said that if I did squats I shouldnt go beyone like 40 degrees, and I think it is kinda silly to do half squats, ya know!!

Sorry I didn´t know u where there! Be careful there will ya.... Scopia is a light surgery operation which needs only very little time for healing. Two little holes are made in the knee area, one for the camera and one for the device they use in the operation. But since you´re there that might not be the answer right now. Perhaps the main thing for u might be just stay ALIVE and take care of that knee once back in your home again....Wish u all the best ,

Start with a high box.

Build yourself one that you can add height to for different heights. Start high and as you get stronger...take out an addition to it. Use a WIDE stance and sit back not down...

thanx bro, been off of here for awhile, but I will deffinatly check tha tout, not sure if I will be able to build a stand here, but when I get home I will deffinatly look int oit!!

For now I have firgured I can use the aerobic step up steps, and witht hat I can kinda control the height!!
