I am thinking that I will give up whey concentrate altogether as many say a large portion can turn into glucose.

The question I have is what should I use if money is an object. Soy isolate is around $5lb at proteinfactory. Would this be a good choice. I hear that it has ant estrogenic properties. Is this correct. I do have sore nipples even after being off gear for about 2 years.

Also how about iso chil whey isolate. Does that convert to glucose as well or is it just the whey concentrate that does. I just want to get the best bang for my buck and grow like a weed. I will also be eventually doing the M1T with the 4AD as well in the next month. Would do the real thing, but I am out of the loop as far as safe delievery.

find a source and do the real thing. get a secure mail and email a few mods and see if you can find a source forget the mi1 IMO. as for protein,like everything else, quality matters.

The protein factory has some great prices on some great items.

If price is a factor,I will stick with my recommendation of Aussie Cassinate...$5.99lb at PF.Almost all soybeans today are grown using GMO's,which is another reason to avoid soy products,IMO.

As for the "real thing" cattle implants are legal,and quite easy to convert,if your steer is a big mofo and training for the Nationals,as is Lucky Bastard!'s housecat...

What about whey isolate? Does that convert to glucose like concentrate does? I only use cassienate before bed. I cant stand the stuff as it clumps too much.

All whey will convert.Some say 30%,some say 50%.I believe the isolate has a higher concentration of Bcaa's which in itself could provoke more of an insulin response.As for the clumps,you might try making a pudding out of it,which is what I do,by adding less water in a bowl.But if I remember correctly,you are not on a keto diet at the moment,correct?If not,100g of whey after a workout would be a good thing.You'll still get 50g or more of protein along with an insulin response to push it into storage.

So basically I guess C.C. is the best bang for the buck and also digests slower thus yielding a smaller insulin response. I guess I can live with it.
