Are these ok while on ANPB diet?

Is it alright to have a diet soda while on the ANPB diet? I heard a rumor that the citric acid in sodas can kick you out of ketosis.

Also, is it possible to replace the protein powder with like 1/2 a chicken breast (approx. 25g protein) every once in a while?

Mr.X doesn't allow any substitutions on his diet.If you have the ability to accurately weigh,calculate,etc.,and you know for sure that what you are substituting is exactly the same,then of course you could do it.Mr.X doesn't think that most people can do that accurately enough.If you do not follow his directions exactly,you are not following his diet,you are doing something else.Which may or may not be fine.That would depend upon you,and Mr.X will not be responsible for your results.You will.Which is how it should be as far as I'm concerned.I would have said no to the soda and yes to the chicken.So there you go...

It is so hard to figure out how much is in meat. I think if your going to substitute just ues whole eggs. I drink lots of water on the diet. I don't drink any soda peroid.
