-8:30am 4 whole jumbo eggs, 2 slices cheese, 2 pieces toast, and large glass of milk
- 11am oatmeal and whey shake
train at 1:30pm
- 3-3:30pm shake 100 grams dextrose, 50 grams whey
- 4:30pm steak, potatoes, large glass milk
- 7pm 1/2 container cottage cheese, large glass milk, peanut butter and jam sandwhich(heavy on the peanut butter)
- 9pm same as last meal
- 11-11:30pm whey shake in milk
- middle of the night I have another shake when I get up to piss

I get the idea that you have a pretty fast metabolism by reading what you say. I would take in more carbs on your first meal and possibly the second one, but I don't know how much oatmeal your eating. Also with the 4:30 meal I don't know how much potatos your eating. My metabolism is much slower than yours, but I am taking in 100 grams dextrose and 20 grams glutaime after workout and then 2 hours later I have roughly the same thing as you, but I take in 6 servings of instant mashed potatos with my steak. So that is another 100 grams of carbs. I think it is important to fuel the muscles as much as possible after you lift. You can load way more carbs into your muscles the first 5 hours after you lift than any other time of the day. Take advantage of it. You will be surprised. I know I feel a huge difference. Muscles feel much fuller and pumped the next day.

I would love to take in more carbs, but I often dont have enough room in my stomach. I'm on meds for acid reflux, which causes a lot of stomach bloating. As a result my first priority is to get enough protein, any room thats leftI stuff with carbs

That is why I think dextrose would be the best dense carbs for you.

I just got done carb loading the last couple days and all I can say is thank god it is over with. Man I hate force feeding myself every two hours. Eating when I am still full. The mashed potatos was the worst of it all. Not very dense carbs, but very effective when carb loading.

thats me every day when bulking, force feeding my next meal while I'm still full from the last one

Do you take any enzymes to help break down your food. I think it would help you alot. I take them with just about every meal now. I want to make damn sure I am absorbing everything I eat. The link below is where I get mine from.
