Default Need a diet to go from 14%bf-6%bf

It has been a while since I have dieted and I have tried several times to get back to it using my original atkins type diet that used to work very well.

I am now 39 and would like to get back to 6% and maintain that. My stomach is rather small so I fill up quickly, but then get hungry again. I am constantly feeling bloated as well.

My weight is around 220-225 Would like to get to 195-200. Closer to 195.

would gh by itself with proper diet help. I can't use anything else as the military frowns on that.

Have you looked at the Carnivore Diet,which is a sticky at the top of this forum?That's my best recommendation.

That is very similar to the diet I have used in the past with the exception of the 15 hour fast period.

If I go to long without food, I develop some pretty intense headaches. I understand the concept.

Now how is this different than the ckd where the protein is dropped way down and the fats are put even higher?

Would flax oil be as good?

The workout is also similar to the one I do.

Also, I did not see cardio in the workout. Which I do for 20-40 minutes 5 nights a week.

The reason I recommend hemp seed oil is because it has the optimum 4:1 ratio of omega 3 to omega 6. Flax oil is mostly omega 3. Some people claim that you get plenty of omega 6 in the diet,but I don't see that at all.
I find that you don't particulary need cardio on this regimen.The training is pretty fast-paced.If you want to speed results,I recommend Sprint Intervals,which is posted in the SYL Articles forum.The combination of these two is unbeatable,IMO.
You can of course do your regular cardio routine on the diet as well.As for the 15 hr fast,this is largely to facilitate increased Gh release.I'm not sure why you would get headaches.I can only say that my discomfort on this diet decreases significantly by the second week.

The diet is similiar to a ckd in that the only time your body wants to burn fat for fuel is in the absense of insulin and the presence of substantial dietary fat.

Thanks. I am gonna attempt to get started next week when I get back from visiting kids.

It makes sense. I think the headaches are from a low blood sugar level, because they only occur when it has been 3 or more hours without food.

I would say combining diets is a good idea, stick to a modified TKD/CKD

Run a TKD Mon-Sat and have a carb-up (refeed) as with a CKD on sunday
