Anyone else here not eat clean

Anyone else here pay little or no attention to things other than calories and protein? I know I'm bad but all I worry about is if my calories and protein are sufficient for the day. I'm 26 and my cholesterol and BP are fine but I know that won't be the case forever.

I know I'm going to hell for that but it's ok.

I am pretty much the same way. As long as I'm getting enough calories and at least 50 grams of protein per meal, I dont stress it

I don't eat much different from the normal person; i'm just more aware of what i'm eating. I try to get in a fair amount of protein but beyond that is fair game unless i'm really cutting. I've counted calories enough to have a good idea where I am.

bulking equals all is fair game, cutting = sucks on toast but must be done.
