Thanks for the Carnivore post. Want to give it a try, but just needed a little clarification. You mention no wheat or dairy on days 6 and 7...I am assuming no dairy (cheese mainly) with meat on days 1 - 5?

For optimum results,I discourage the dairy.To be honest,I will sometimes add jack cheese to my hamburger patties."Glazed" meat cookies I call them.You could probably have some cheese if you want,but if you notice any allergic reaction at all(Mucous,tiredness,bloating,gas,etc) be aware that you are not functioning at an optimum metabolic level.I will add that I use Rice Dream rice milk on my organic granola on the weekend,and it's mighty darn delicious...
