FYI: aas are not used to lose weight. People who say Nandrolone burns fat are full of shit. Raising your metabolism rate and eating less food and better food will burn fat. Steroids will cause you to gain weight, water, and often times fat if you are already flabby.

When do docs usually prescribe aas? Muyscle wasting, aids patients, or HRT. Never for dieters.

CARDIO + DIET = LEAN

Then you can bulk up after you have your training and diet dialed in.
