Need Help w/ ANPB Diet - Protein Source?

My protein is running low. I've been using some whey I got from a nutrition store, and I think that might be a problem. When I check the ketones in my urine with Ketosticks i'm only showing small amounts of ketones. It never gets to the deep red/purple. Is it true that whey converts to glucose a lot faster than other sources of protein?

Should I get whey, casein, or egg white protein for my next 3 weeks on the ANPB diet?

I believe Mr.X recommends a blend of all 3, but you can get them from www.proteinfactory.com You can make your own custom formulas, or buy one of their existing configurations. I think he was pushing egg/casein/whey at a ratio of 60/30/10.

You're not supposed to be in "deep" ketosis while on the ANPB diet, you should be in low/mild if any.
