Diet update

Hi everyone!!! Ok, so here is where i am at. Found out two weeks ago, i am in fact pregnant....but sorry MR.X was so excited, forgot to get the rest of the blood work results...I have an appointment this tuesday and will have more blood taken, so will try to remember to ask.
So my diet sucks, because i have a lot going on, so super super stressed, and morning or all day sickness doesn't help...not to mention i am picky.

Monday
breakfast~ 1 bowl of quaker instant oatmeal with 3/4 cup of milk
1100 1 yoplait yogurt
1300 1 peanut butter and jelly sandwhich. Jiffys pb and rasp preserves smuckers jelly on white bread with half a pepsi
1430 1 medium sized blue berry muffin with about 4 oz of water
2000 1 beef taco 1/4 cup of meat, 1/4 cup of beans 1/8 cup of cheese on a soft shell 1/2 soda
2300 4 origional fig newtons

Tuesday~
Breakfast 0800 1 piece of toast (white) with butter
940 8 ritz crackers with 4 oz water
1340 1 PB and J sanwhich 1/2 a soda about 10 doritos 1 yoplait yogurt
1430 youhgurt rasp, with about 10 vanilla wafers 4 zo water
1530 1/2 cup of cashews
1930 another taco as above with a soda
2100 twinkie

Wednesday~
breakfast 1000 1 cup of fruit loops with 1/2 cup of milk
1230 1 pb and j sandwhich w/soda
1430 rice krispie treat and water
1530 1/2 another sandwhich with 1/2 cup of beef jerky
2000 1/2 package of garlic chicken viola (with out the broccoli) 2 pieces of texas toast and a soda
2230 1/2 a cup of cashews and 1/2 cup of jerky

Thursday
1000 2 pieces of toast (white) with butter
1 trix yogurt (daughters :0) )
1230 tuna fish in water sandwhich (white) only mustard, 1 cup of doritoes ranch flavored and a soda
1800 1/2 a personal cheese pizza (made me sick) soda
2200 1 yogurt (trix again), bowl of 1 cup fruit loops with 1/2 cup of milk
2313 1 cup of jerky and some tootsie rolls (mini ones) still drinking same soda from dinner

Ok, i know this is not good...and a lot of teh same stuff, but i am super picky. open to your advice and critique, because i know not only do i want to be healthier, i have another on to think of now. thanks in advance!!!

I see the diet, now my question is what is your goal?

Well my goal right now is to gain weight since i am pregnant...i want to be really healthy through this. The first pregnancy my daughter really took from my body and i ended up in early labor. It wasn't good. I would like to, i guess get up to at least a normal persons diet. I think my husband said before baby, that i should do a 40/40/20 3000 cal diet....though i am not sure what all of that means and if i should still do it being pregnant???? i go to the doc on tuesday to find out what kind of exercises i can do as i will probably start out as a high risk because of my last pregnancy....i honestly don't really know what to do...or where to go from here. I just know i want to eat better, be healthy and keep some weight on after the baby

Honestly, if you're pregnant, I don't suggest to take advice here, although I feel fully qualified, I also think your doctor can give you some good advice (a specialist is better); due to the nature of the situation - pregnancy - I do really suggest you go on a balanced diet 33p/33/c/33f and try to eat at least weight x 15-20 (that's ballpark) since you'll be eating for 2. Keep junk food and processed food out and stick with natural/organic and whole foods. Low-gi carbs, good omega fats and quality proteins.
