ANPB diet day 2

First 2 day have gone good so far. 7 means of 2 tb pb and 1 scoop whey..

Some questions:

1)How much of a deficit should i put in
2) Is some Equal ok?
3) If i had to replace a meal with 'real food', should i just stick to meat?
4) Any way to get rid of headaches?? At first i thought it was caffeinne withdrawal but it aint

I would go no more than 500 cal deficit per day.

I think equal is fine as long as not too much

I would go with whole eggs. Easier to figure out the amounts of protein and fat.

Headaches are a sign of no carbs. They will go away when your in ketosis.

Make sure you take potassium with each meal. I go 200-300mg with every meal. When I lift hard I take 400mg with my first meal after workout.

Drink tons of water. Also take psylium fiber husks. They will help keep you full and regular.

go no lower then weight x 10 (weight x11 is my bottom) - usually Dan Duchaine always recommended no more then 5% and for most people I would advocate it too
2) Is some Equal ok?yes
3) If i had to replace a meal with 'real food', should i just stick to meat?
I suggest sticking to the diet, if you wish to replace foods you should look into doing a CKD which includes meats/cheese etc...and has more variety
4) Any way to get rid of headaches?? At first i thought it was caffeinne withdrawal but it aint
it's part of having too little cals and part low carb, I suggest some aspirin and maybe increase potassium and anti-oxidant intake.

Day 3 and so far i feel good. Headaches are gone and im glad i stuck through it after yesterdays constant thumping. Hunger is non existant, which is really kool.

For my meals, i mix 1 scoop whey, 2 tbsp pb and a bit of water and 1 packet Equal. this gives a cake batter mixture that i refrigerate for 3 hours and i enjoy this, as it is really kinda like taffy (kind of!!!!).
