Check my cutting diet

I am cutting right now. Currently 5'11-6' 245 from 275 after last cycle. I am restricting carbs to PWO and meal about a half hour after pwo, except for veggies. Suggestions please. Enough fat??

Meal 1
10 eggs (5 whole 5 whites)
whey shake

Meal 2
6 oz chicken breast
veggies

Meal 3
6 oz chicken breast
veggies

Meal 4
can o tuna
whey shake

LIFT

Dextrose/Maltodextrin 76 g carbs
whey shake

Meal 5
6 oz chicken breast
5oz yam or potato or 100g of brown rice

Meal 6
150 grams cottage cheese
2 tbls ANP
Caseinate shake

I also take flaxseed oil twice daily with whey shake.
It comes out to about Totals 3244calories 103fats 188carbs 383proteins

Looks great, but I would make the following suggestions:

1) replace the whey w/ a more productive/quality protein (proteinfactory) 60%egg/30%caseinate/10% whey

2) add Flaxseed oil/Udos choice to 3 of the early meals (where you have veggies)

3) take about 15g psyllium husk fiber and 1tbsp. MCT oil before bed
