Adding strength on ANPB

X, do you think it is possible to add strength while following the ANPB diet if one were to follow a westside barbell routine? or would all the work be too much for too few calories

sure, if you increase cals but at least 10%

i see. With cals at 10% above maintenece, would it be possible to lose fat and still add strength or is that out of the question because of the 10% increase in cals?
