solution to my bicep problem!

For a few yrs I´ve had this terrible pain in my lower right bicep( nicely put..).
So the pain feels somewhere in the lower part of the bi. With lighter weights it didn´t hurt that bad , but with the heavy stuff.... pain.
Then came the light in darkness; somebody (I don´t remember who) had a thread about this miracle move , ZOTTMAN curls. Been doing them for a few months now and the pain is almost gone!So if anyone has unidentified pain in the low bi area my humble suggestion is to try this great movement.
