For whatever its worth, go grab the book and read it. It's a good investment in education for only 10 bucks or so; maybe even less if you go on amazon.com. The concepts in his diet will give you basics that everyone is calling on here - ketogenic diets, etc. It would take a 15 page post to completely answer this question. So, time to hit the books.
