Mr.X Please help

Hey, me again...well, you said being pregnant, that this place wasn't a good idea and that i needed to talk to a doctor. Well...with a very heavy heart, i say that is no an issue. The past saturday, i lost the baby. It has been very hard, but i need something to focus on. I really do want to have a grown up body. I stopped keeping a log of what i ate since i was pregnant. Are there any good tips you can give me off the bat??? Right now, since all of this has happened, i have not ate much. Usually...no breakfast, a pb and j sandwhich for lunch...about 1 cup of honey roasted peanuts and for dinner something like 1/2 chicken breast, with 1 cup of rice a roni (chicken flav) 1 cup of green beans....i drink 1 soda a day and am taking in a lot more water. I know this diet sucks, but i have been majorly depressed. I need to get some tips..so i can make sure i get up and make myself eat...I would like to get up to atleast 105...and in about two weeks i can start lifting again. Right now i am 5'5''. 90 lbs. I do not know if measurements help, but i am 32,23,32 So could use some weight/muscle every where. Thank you so much for helping me!!

It is extremely hard. Especially with hubby in Iraq. He has been taking it very hard, which in turn makes it harder for me. My daughte who is 4 still does not know, because he wants to be the one to tell her, and he isn't sure he can yet, because it is so painful. So she still continue to draws pictures of mommys baby. Thank you for your compassion!!!
