Default Need to Shed Water!! FAST!!
I had a photo shoot sprung on me at the last min....and I need to shed as much water as i can. What should I use?? I have Potassium and Taraxatone althought, I haven't started taking it yet. Should I keep my water intake as normal or decrease it?? I'm drinking alittle over 1 Gallon per day. Oh yeah, i have three day until the shoot.
